Wilton.com offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses.
The proper format for a military address is to enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) in the city field, along with "AE" (mail going to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and portions of Canada), "AP" (the Pacific) and "AA" (for the Americas and portions of Canada) in the state field. Therefore, the bottom line of overseas military addresses is: APO or FPO; followed by AE, AP, or AA; and then the ZIP Code.

We understand your concern regarding the warning on your product. Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. We label for the top 8 allergens and note all allergen-related information on product packaging, including whether allergens are present in the product, on shared equipment or in the manufacturing plant. If an allergen is not mentioned on the label, it is not in the facility. Since our manufacturing environments change from time to time, the packaging is always the best place to look.
While we carefully label for wheat in our products and any potential cross-contamination with wheat, we do not label any product as gluten free. In addition, some of our manufacturing facilities may produce other items that do contain gluten and there is always a risk of cross contamination when wheat is present in the manufacturing facility. To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, allergen plans and protocols are in place at all facilities where Wilton products are manufactured. Please email us at info@wilton.com if you have additional questions or concerns.
We do not certify or guarantee that any of our products are Vegetarian or Vegan. Although there may be no known animal by-products in the food itself, we can’t guarantee that refined sugars were not processed with Bone Char. Some products may be at risk of cross contamination with animal products processed on the same equipment or in the same facility. We are happy to provide additional information when available on specific ingredients upon request.
Currently in North America, we do not have any Halal-certified products. We are glad to offer additional ingredient information about specific products or ingredients upon request.
We do have some Kosher certified products. Please reach out to info@wilton.com with the item/stock number of the product you are inquiring about.
