Wilton will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within five business days of receiving the return. However, PayPal and some banks may take longer to apply a credit to your account.
Wilton does not offer exchanges. Replacement or substitute product(s) must be purchased separately.
If you are having trouble with or believe one of your items to be defective, please send photos or videos of the issue to our Customer Service Team at info@wilton.com so we can evaluate it under our warranty.
If your Wilton product(s) were purchased from anywhere other than wilton.com, please return the product(s) to the retailer in which they were purchased.
