Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Divide pizza dough in half. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 9 in. circle. Transfer dough to prepared pan.

Brush pizza crust with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add 1/4 cup pizza sauce and spread into an even layer, leaving 1/2 in. around edges for crust. Bake 12 minutes.

Add half of mozzarella cheese to pizza; bake 6-8 minutes or until pizza is lightly browned at edges. If needed, blot away excess moisture from cheese with a paper towel.

Top with 2 tablespoons basil leaves and sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if using. Repeat process for second pizza.
