Make candy swirls. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Pipe melted candy into swirl cavities of mold. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes, and unmold. Make 64 candy swirls. Use brush and white Pearl Dust to brush swirls.

Make cake. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool 3-layer cake. Prepare chocolate buttercream icing following recipe directions. Layer and fill cake for a 5 in. high cake. Use spatula and icing to ice cake smooth.

Attach candy. Use chocolate buttercream icing in cut decorating bag to attach three horizontal rows of four swirls to each cake side and four rows of four to cake top.
